Generic functions such as ordering, budget approval, information routing, tracking and fundamental project cost control can be managed efficiently and quickly.  

We have installed these and other systems in multiple offices with significant improvement in cost control.  Intuitive, normally without additional software investment, your process can be streamlined leading to considerable lead time reduction and process simplification. Following process optimisation well known methodologies such as Six Sigma,  SPC, Situation Appraisal and Potential problem analysis can be applied to the process to again improve performance.  This can lead to further analysis of why information is required, by who, when.  Service Level agreements can be introduced to agree minimum acceptable levels between functions within your organisation and stimulate an internal customer orientated service.

Complex activity can be handled using software embedded in normal office documents such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Staff can concentrate on key tasks in less time with improved quality. If data is not well organised it can become invisible, held latently on the hard drive of a computer.  Macros can be used to complete sophisticated data capture and analysis even preparation of presentations
